This foundation is crucial to its role as coordinator of the Erasmus+ KA210-SCH Project ‘Tu Mejor Versión’ (Your Best Version). The school leads the project with the mission of using Emotional Intelligence as a strategic tool to tackle the social exclusion of adolescents. Its coordination work focuses on managing the collaboration between partners in Spain and Romania, ensuring that the objectives of teacher training and emotional skills development in vulnerable young people are rigorously implemented.
The centre contributes its pedagogical experience to ensure the correct piloting of the materials and is responsible for administrative management and communication, thus reinforcing its cooperative commitment to the emotional health and social inclusion of European youth.

Poderío Training & Research is a consulting and training company based in Córdoba, Spain, which specialises in offering solutions for social inclusion, equal opportunities and improving human performance. Its expertise is based on the application of Emotional Intelligence (EI), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and innovative learning methodologies.
As the Spanish partner in the Erasmus+ project ‘Tu Mejor Versión’ (Your Best Version), Poderío contributes technical and practical knowledge in EI, playing a fundamental role in the design of theoretical and practical content for at-risk adolescents, the training of teachers in advanced methodologies, and innovation to create accessible tools.
Its multidisciplinary profile is key to ensuring that the project’s objectives are addressed with rigour and a highly applicable approach, facilitating the social inclusion of young people through emotional management.
Friends of Romanian Families (FORC)
The Romanian organisation Friends of Romanian Families (FORC), also known as Copiii în Sanul Familiei, is an NGO with a history dating back to 1994 that is dedicated to the protection and development of institutionalised or vulnerable children and young people in rural areas of Romania. Its main mission is to equip these young people with creativity, purpose and life skills with a view to breaking down the barriers they face and empowering them for a better future.
As a partner in the Erasmus+ project ‘Tu Mejor Versión’ (Your Best Version), FORC brings invaluable experience in direct intervention with adolescents at risk of social exclusion. Its role is crucial in ensuring that the Emotional Intelligence materials are effective and culturally sensitive for young people with complex life stories, implementing and validating the modules in its own centres to ensure that the methodology has a profound and measurable social impact.
Liceul Teoretic George Moroianu
The Liceul Teoretic George Moroianu is a secondary and theoretical education centre located in Săcele, in Brașov County, Romania.
This school is distinguished by its track record and Erasmus+ accreditation, which underlines its commitment to educational quality and the European dimension. The Lyceum offers various specialisations, such as Natural Sciences and Philology, and works with a student population that, as in any environment, presents challenges of social vulnerability and emotional support needs.
As a partner in the Erasmus+ project ‘Tu Mejor Versión’ (Your Best Version), the George Moroianu Lyceum is essentially the Romanian application and piloting laboratory for the Emotional Intelligence (EI) methodology. Its role is crucial in directly applying EI modules to adolescents at risk of exclusion, as well as serving as a setting for practical teacher training.
This collaboration ensures the cultural and pedagogical adaptation of the materials to the Romanian system, ensuring that the project results are validated in a real school environment and directly benefit young Romanians on their path to full social inclusion.
