Building the best version of yourself
YOUR BEST VERSION. Socio-emotional skills for young people at risk of social exclusion 2024-2-ES01-KA210-SCH-000292259
An Erasmus+ project promoting emotional intelligence as a tool for inclusion and wellbeing among adolescents in Europe.
Through training, collaboration and empathy, we help young people and teachers transform vulnerability into strength.
Education, cooperation and community
“Your Best Version” is a joint effort between schools, organisations and European entities committed to youth wellbeing.
From Córdoba (Spain) to Brașov (Romania), the project connects teachers, researchers and young people to create real solutions that improve emotional education and reduce social exclusion.
Transnational collaboration ensures that methodologies are inclusive, innovative and culturally adapted to different European contexts.
Emotional intelligence and inclusion
‘Your Best Version’ is based on the idea that knowing oneself is the first step towards a more empathetic and just society.
Through 12 emotional competencies, the project promotes self-awareness, emotional management, empathy, and personal motivation.
